Most of our grooming services are by appointment only. As our line of work is in high demand, we ask that you book in advance or allow two to three weeks for a booking. We do offer some services for walk-in customers (see Services); however, we ask that you call in advance to minimize the wait time for yourself. All pets need to be picked up no later than five o'clock unless otherwise indicated. An additional charge will apply for those animals kept beyond their assigned pick up tine. We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 HRS prior to the scheduled appointment. Last minute cancellations result in loss of income. We try to be as understanding as possible, so we allow a one time last minute cancel or no show to slide. HOWEVER, after that, a minimum $20.00 no show fee per pet will apply. mmodo consequat.
